Technology

Technology.
I think that generally technology in the classroom helps many students. But since I'm not them, and I haven't taken an official survey, I don't think I can speak for them. Me personally I think It's good,- in moderation. Some classes ( CRT prep for instance) just have kids working on the computer the whole time, and the teacher doesn't do anything. I think that there is no substitute for a living, breathing teacher. I also think that while computers, T.V etc can be helpful, too much kills your brain. I know that in most jobs that you have to be on the computer most of the time, but I personally start feeling dizzy and weird after two hours on the computer. I also hope in the future there will still be books (Paper and cover) and not just all on the computer. That would kill me! But, I think good computer programs that teach in a way that we can understand are great. so overall, I think computers are good as a tool, but not as a substitute for teachers.

Teachers you get along with

I have had many teachers over the years. Some have been great, some have been good and some have been bad. I have found that it's hard to get a great teacher. Most of the time you ethier get a good or bad one with a 40% chance of etheir a good or bad and a 20% chance of a great one. My favorite teachers are the ones that teach me while having fun at the same time. I really don't like teachers that just give out worksheets and lecture all day. I like it when the students are more involved.

honesty

I think honesty is a very important thing. When people aren't honest they can cause confusion. Many people are not honest because it is easier to lie. All the time people say "little" lies that they think won't hurt anyone, but they really do. I don't want to share a personal story about someone being dishonest, because they might not want me to. But all the same everything is a lot better if people are honest.

Super Power

If I had "The power of persuasion" what would I do? I don't know. I would use it, yes but I don't really know how. I do know that if i had the power it would come in handy. I would probably use it to get things that i wanted like presents and stuff. But that could be very dishonest and would come with a price. Now that I think about it it would be a very dangerous thing to have in the wrong hands. If you could persuade anyone, you could almost do anything. You could be a freaking good politician. Yeah, I'm glad no one really has the power to persuade you no matter what. But, there are people out there that are so good at persuading that they might as well be a super hero ( or a super villain). That's what we are gonna learn about next huh? Well, ok.
